CPR and First Aid

I am certified by Medic First aid to teach Pediatric plus infant, child and adult CPR and First Aid.  If you need to schedule yourself or an employee for training please contact andria@billingsplayschool.com  Classes will be held based on demand, class minimum of 6.  The cost of the class is $58 for non-providers, and $40.00 for child care providers. The cost for recertification is $28.00.  Train all your staff and save on group rates.

Directors

 Hello my name is Andria Mason, I know the role of an owner or director  can be tough.  Although rewarding, our jobs are  often stressful, and cause us to have to think quick on our feet.  I believe that if directors would come together, we could help each other out and help prevent burn out and daycare closures.  

Childcare is so important, especially in these economic downtimes.  I don't believe there is a need for competition between facilities, but rather facilities working together to make sure all the families can rest assured knowing that our community has a great variety of childcare centers.  Each with its own philosophies and programs, but all with the same goal of taking care of our children and  ensuring they are properly cared for and educated. 

I hope to become part of, or help develop, a directors  community where directors can come together to communicate about issues, ideas, or tips. 

I look forward to meeting other area directors, and touring your facilities.  Please feel free to stop by our facility anytime for a tour.  Thanks and I hope to get to know you all.
